Three photos that help explain a door problem
Send a clear view of the door, the visible issue and the opener label, when safely accessible. No technical diagnosis needed.
Photos can make the first conversation about your door easier. The aim is to show what you see, not to diagnose the fault or carry out a repair yourself.
1. A wide view of the door
Stand in a safe position far enough away to include the whole door in the picture. A clear overall view helps show its type and current position. Use available light and avoid standing under a damaged or partly open door. There is no need to operate it for the photo.
2. The visible problem
If you can see damage or a component that appears out of place, take a second photograph from a safe distance. Do not remove covers, reach into the mechanism or touch springs and cables. If the area is hard to see safely, describe it in your message instead.
3. The opener information, if accessible
The brand or model label may help identify an existing opener. Include it only if you can photograph it without climbing or approaching a damaged system. If the label is inaccessible or unreadable, leave it out. A technician can review the equipment during the visit.
Add a short message
Tell us whether the door is open or closed, what happens when you normally try to use it, and when you first noticed the problem. Add your ZIP code and the best phone number to reach you. Mention access restrictions at the property.
Send the request your way
Use the website form, text us or send photos on WhatsApp. Our form accepts up to ten photos and optimizes them before uploading. For urgent contact, call (702) 415-7904. Photos support the initial conversation; the final repair scope and estimate depend on assessing your door.
